On CNBC.
On right now- repeats at midnight Eastern. Set your TIVOs/recorders.
One of the better shows detailing the unwinding of our financial system that I have seen yet.
Very impressive- even goes into the psychology of what made the housing bubble go (one must always remember that the assumption that players in an economy are mostly rational actors is INCORRECT).
Just thought I'd let everyone know.

i thought whilst watching the show if the mortgage lenders had been as diligent as cookie makers, this could not have happened. The keebler elfs eat a few cookies from each batch to make sure they are cooked evenly and made well.
If a few mortgages were audited out of each load, tptb could have seen that they were crap.
I am assuming that they cared.

The guys that cared cleaned up (like Kyle Bass, who made a billion bucks, a 600% return- for his hedge fund).

I know it's been on a lot- I just managed to catch it in its entirety Sunday night.
I'm recording it tonight so I can study it more in depth.
Thanks for the heads-up on the Frontline show.
