I have a medical situation that I could use an ohphthmhathogical expert opinion and or advice on and who's more expert than you?

I somehow feel that there's another thread I need to read. However, the medical situation that I need help with is about my mom, so I'm sure my lack of carrot-toppedosity will not deter anything.
But she's not a redhead, either. Real or otherwise. Ha!
