I already love MLB Network. I used to love catching the occasional forgotten classic they'd show in ESPN Classic...
I will have to switch over and check this out....

I think I know now why this game was memorable enough to re-air....
Nomar Garciaparra was healthy and playing in it!

They are advertising this game as taking place on September 19, 2006 when it actually occured on the 18th....
I was reading the story about it on the computer the morning I left for KC that year (which was the 19th).....
