Daughter1111 got accepted at UConn, but at the Stamford branch campus.
I know she wanted to go to the main campus and move out of the house

, but this will save us R&B for the year.
She is happy she got accepted and is sort of okay with the not moving out part.
Yay for Friday he 13th!
And sorry for lb.

Yay for Daughter 1111! And yay for saving on the expenses, too!

YAY!!! Congrats!!! I am a proud Husky alum, and welcome her to our world!
If it will make her feel better, tell her classes are almost never cancelled in Storrs due to bad weather. They are often cancelled at the branches due to the commuting nature of the schools. That's a plus!

Nice!

Well, by way of Hawaii and Newport and a few other places, but we live in Stratford.

I swam on the Stratford Y swim team back in the day. Do you ever shop at the CT Post shopping center?

Well, Daughter1111 spends quite a bit of time there. But have you seen it recently?
If not, you would not recognize it. It is huge!
I've got to run not Son1111 is playing BB and I am already late.
We will compare info later!

What? USC didn't accept her?

Considering the out of state tuition and Room and Board, it didn't seem a likely choice.
And Uncle Ulysses was not going to be asked if a young Co-Ed could come room with him!
