Yep. I called in "can't make it" for tonight's rehearsal. The dogs were happy I was here when the worst part of thunderstorm moved through. I was happy to be here, too.

It's probably pretty darned noisy right now where Hermillion lives.

I'm looking out of my tree and seeing a couple guys in a rowboat. Is that good?

I'm glad you're OK. Get rid of all that bad weather before I show up next week, alright??
I checked the extended forecast. Barring anything drastic occurring, looks like it might
actually be decent weather for a change.

Stay the hell away from Oklahoma. Thank you.

We're down to just rain right now. The thunder and lightning were pretty impressive, but the hail and other stuff went north of us.

Thin kew. I hang out with adorable girlies. I can't wait to see the first meeting between Princesa Isabella in her pink ballerina butterfly tutu and Princess Annie in her pink ball gown birthday suit. I predict they will prove to be kindred spirits.

Anything near Tinker?

Mom and Sis both now live around the "triangle" up there, and I'm at work and haven't been able to raise them

Tinker and all of the Midwest City/Del City areas were spared this time.* The most damage was in far northeast OKC and Edmond. No one, so far as has been reported, has died. It could have been far worse.

*Footnote: No tornados touched down in that general area. Wind or hail damage may have been possible anywhere along the line of storms, but I don't think anybody was worrying about wind gusts or hail.

If that little face isn't the cutest thing in this world, I don't know what it would be. What a sweetheart.

(Whew, beat the OCD'ers to the correction.)

I don't know. Are they heading towards an ark?

Sad update: The bodies of at least four people have been found in the rubble of their destroyed homes in the small town of Lone Grove (in far south-central Oklahoma.)

Checking in from North Texas. I don't think anywhere around here got it as bad as central OK, but Colleyville TX did get hit pretty hard.

Happy to see our peeps checking in.

Means you are okay and have power!

I was ashamed that I didn't know where in the state your towns are. I asked Sting if Tulsa or Oklahoma City was in the panhandle and neither of us knew.

Google Maps would have told you.

That would have required getting out of bed.
