I have been to games here because we have good friends from Pittsburgh who have a season reserved table as well as Cardinal season tickets.

Having a good chuckle over your avatar, Sir. That was a quick trip through the five stages of grief!

What grief the Cards best season ever, I was a fan from when I came here 11 years through all the bad times. As I was shopping Sunday morning I never saw so many people wearing Cardinal apparel. The TV ratings for Phoenix area were 80 per cent of the TVs were watching the game on Sunday.Having a good chuckle over your avatar, Sir. That was a quick trip through the five stages of grief!

There should be no grieving. You all should be holding your heads up high - celebrating a breakthrough season and a fantastic game.macrae1234 wrote:What grief the Cards best season ever, I was a fan from when I came here 11 years through all the bad times. I think we missed something in our communication.macrae1234 wrote:Where in Pittsburgh could they have 4000 people 10.00 just to get in the doorThey should have stayed in Pittsburgh."
I was annoyed that the people in the article (Cardinal fans) said that the Steeler fans should have stayed in Pittsburgh.

Of course, both of you are exceedingly correct. And had I not grown up as a long-suffering Philly sports fan, I would not have made that misguided projection. Regrets!peacock2121 wrote:There should be no grieving. I hear that many thousands came to the Burgh just to watch the game. Some had no connections to the city, and hadnt been here before. Many stayed for the parade as well.
Many season ticket holders dont live here. Some never have.Downtown hotels are booked solid on stiller sundays.
ten bucks will get you one terrible towel and an arn.
