1. We all know that Sunday is Sun's Day and Monday is Moon's Day, but whose days are the rest of the days of the week in English? (Just to avoid any confusion, I'm looking for the Old English gods for each of the days except for the one whose day was simply brought forward from the Roman gods).

2. For the days that were changed from Roman gods to Old English gods, give the corresponding Roman gods' days.

. Tuesday - from Old English tiwesdaeg, meaning day of Tiw, also called Tiu; Wednesday - from Old English wodnesdaeg, day of Woden or Wodin; Thursday - from Old English Thursdæg, Thor's day;Friday - from Old English frigedaeg, Frigg's day, Freya's day;Saturday - from Old English sæternedæg

2. Sunday = dies solis; Monday = lunae dies; Saturday = Saturni dies
I'm not sure I understand what you wanted here - Sunday and Monday are translated from the Latin(Roman), as is Saturday. The other days had Latin (Roman) names, but aren't direct translations, as I understand the site I used.

Tuesday is Tyr's Day, in old English Tiwes Daeg. Not an Old English god, per se, but it's all I can find. Tyr is equivalent to Mars in Roman myth, hence the French word for Tuesday, Mardi

Wednesday is Wednes Daeg in Old English, and refers to the Germanic god Wodan or Wotan, who was also worshipped by the Anglo Saxons. Wodan is like Odin, but the Roman equivalent in most cases seems to be Mercury. This would be the only case I can think of where Mercury would be comparable to Odin, but since the French word for Wednesday is Mercredi, it seems to be the case.

Thursday is Thonor's Day, in Old English Punresdaeg (not literally correct, but I can't find a high ASCII equivalent for the first character) The Roman equivalent of Thonor is Jupiter, and the French is Jeudi.

Friday is Frigedaeg in Old English, which translates to Frige's day, and the Roman equivalent is Venus. French word is Vendredi.

Saturday comes from the Old English Saeternesdaeg, or Saturn's Day. This is the one which was brought forward from Roman myth.

I gave the French equivalents because there seems to be a more direct link to the Roman gods there, which is a little odd, considering all those Germanic invaders had to sort of go through France to get to the British Isles, but there you are. Not to show off any erudition, you understand,m since I was ragging on that kind of thing today, but because I was cribbing from Wikipedia, and it seemed to jump out at me.

For some reason I didn't even notice that there were new QoDs.

Spoiler
You want Old English names, not the Norse gods? I'll give you both.

1. Tuesday - Tiwes (Tyr in Norse)
Wednesday - Wednes (Odin in Norse)
Thursday - Thunres (Thor in Norse)
Friday - Frige (Frigg in Norse)
Saturday - Sæternes (Saturn to the Romans)

You want the Roman god's days, not the gods? I'll give you both.

2. Tuesday - Martis dies - Mars
Wednesday - dies Mercurii - Mercury
Thursday - Iovis Dies - Jupiter
Friday - dies Veneris - Venus
