If you are referring to the History PhD who did not know two history questions, I agree. Just terrible.

I missed what they said about his background, and so have no idea of his education or his hook. First name was Heath.

I never manage to see a player who does well on those days I can watch the show live. I usually end up wondering how they passed the test, even though I realize it's very often just the luck of the stack that bites them. Still and all, his first LL use was pitiful. And The Expert was not challenged in the slightest.

I was only halfway paying attention, so I might be wrong about this, but it seemed that when it was time to ask the Expert, Meredith said "welcome back," as if he was the same guy who was the Expert on Monday and Tuesday. But it was a different guy today, wearing the same design black University of Rochester shirt.
ETA: No, I guess I missed Eric's brief introduction coming out of the commercial break.

I just got home about 1/2 an hour ago from work (wanted to beat the majority of the snow, which started just before I left), and will have the transcript up in about an hour or so. Then the discussions can really begin.
There is something wrong in a government where they who do the most have the least. There is something wrong when honesty wears a rag, and rascality a robe; when the loving, the tender, eat a crust while the infamous sit at banquets.
