If those are really even close to the dumbest things she has said, she is the smartest American political figure in at least two generations.

While I understand the right wingers trashing Hillary and Bill, I fail to understand why those on the left continue to get themselves so worked up about them, especially when these critics are still enraptured by Obama. Obama has already shown enough to indicate to a whole lot of people that he's just another politician, and quite possibly one who may approach Carteresque levels of mismanagement.

In a few months, we'll be talking about a whole lot more than ten dumb things Obama has done.

I don't know if it was right or not but SSS's post was sure entertaining.

Y'all have to watch Frontline's "Dreams of Obama" (or something like that) (yes, its PBS) show with a short description of Obama running right over hapless Illinois state legistlator who asked him to run for her job because she was going to run for the House of Reps nationally. She lost, & then wanted her position on the ticket for the job she had had back. Lotsa local community leaders plead on her behalf. To no avail.

Obama (with the help of his research team) not only proved that her signatures to get on the ballot left a lot to be desired, legally (it was Chicago, after all), but that everyone else's signature list, except his (it was Chicago, after all), showed similar legal problems. He wound up running on an ballot with only his name on it. Guess who won that seat.

It also has lotsa more-flattering footage of young Obama in his Harvard Law School speaking-out-person days, sounding exactly like nowadays, but dressed way more casually. But never sloppily.
