The Silver Seersucker Solstice
Well actually its gray (or liquid silver metallic if you are a advertising type) its a 2006 and I got a terrific deal. It makes my old Miata seem like a practical family car. I'm going to drive some where now. it doesn't matter where.

The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

Way cool!
Cooler than a Camaro, even. Sniff, sniff.*

It is very comfortable for a roadster. Less luggage space than a Miata. Great sound system. I love the built in jack for the mp3 player.

The latter was the showstopper back when we were buying BD a car as a graduation gift. The '07 Civic had one. The '07 Corolla didn't. My '09 does.themanintheseersuckersuit wrote:It is very comfortable for a roadster. Less luggage space than a Miata. Great sound system. I love the built in jack for the mp3 player.
In retrospect, we should have gone for the Corolla anyway. Honda has apparently done nothing to fix the struts since our old '01, which had myriad problems. The '07 is eating tires just like the '01 did.
GW wants a roadster-type car. Room for her and whichever dog we have at the time. Tells you something about my standing in the hierarchy.
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

The reason I got such a deal on the was that the Surgeon bought it for his wife as a third car, but they have 3 young kids. The car only had 5600 miles on it. So it cost them $10K for 5600 miles.gsabc wrote:themanintheseersuckersuit wrote:
