Man Impaled on Faucet After Slip in Bath

#1 Post by Bob Juch » Wed Jan 21, 2009 7:59 pm

X-rays show how a man arrived with a tap and 16 inches of pipework stuck in his eye at a hospital's casualty unit. The patient pulled the tap out himself - because surgeons took three hours to send for a plumber to get it out.

Acccckkkkkkkkkkk!!!!! Ouch is right!

What the hell did they need a plumber for ?? -- it's not like the faucet was still hooked up! Did he plan to re-install it in his bathroom after it was removed?
