Meredith says David may be the first person in the history of Millionaire to be playing for a new stoop. His current stoop is wood, and he wants to upgrade to stone or brick. He owes his wife Sharon, who is in the audience, a new stoop because of something he whispered in her ear 10 years ago, on her wedding day. They got married on the day the Mets had signed Mike Piazza, and he informed her of this during their wedding ceremony, he was so excited. So now, he owes her.

David chooses to go with AJ, and guesses incorrectly, leaving with $1,000.

When I saw the Snow White question was at the $16K level, my jaw dropped. When I saw the contestant used the ATE, it dropped further. When I saw that the "Expert" didn't know the answer either, I had to go to the first floor to retrieve it. Are classic Disney movies THAT much out of favor?

You can't possibly imagine how happy I would be if I got a question like that at $16K.
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

Huh? Bashful wasn't even in the equation.
D'oh!!! I misread the responses - don't ask me how, but I saw "Dopey" and read "Bashful".

Okay, maybe it was correctly valued. I just mentioned this to our purchasing manager, who is around 30-ish, and she didn't know, either. She could name all the dwarfs, though, so there's hope.

I think Disney needs to bring the movie back from the vault. It seems that there's a new generation of kids and parents for whom it would be fresh.
