The Stillers just broke a 33-year-old record -- we're all the way back to December of 1974 to find a game that's scoreless with this much time left.

The announcers just said we have to go back 64 years to find a game that went scoreless to the end, but I didn't catch the teams.

The Stillers are about to score anyway.

Third and three from the 12 for the Stillers.

This is how the scoring is sposed to go on a rain-soaked field, unlike my Broncos who lost 37-34 to da Bears yesterday. :(

Almost lost 12 yards on the play but ended up back at the six. Time to kick a field goal.

1943 -- Giants and Lions, last scoreless game. They're probably having champagne right now. :D

Two seconds left, some razzle-dazzle, and down about the 40 -- game over.

Lowest-scoring game in the history of Monday Night Football.

Dolphins are 0-11. :(

But the Stillers won! :D

It's LB's fault -- he reminded me of OlderNow and how she used to post The Price is Right.

So what were the stats on the total offense on both teams? I quit watching after the first quarter and the delayed start dint help any either.

Nice re-cap. Thanks.

Did you notice, though, that somebody named Wilma Mankiller kept trying to butt in? Made me want to just say: Will you please just watch the damned game and pipe own?

I tell ya. Some people!

That's not so far off from Roethlisberger's usual line.

He wins games but he's terrible for fantasy players.

One of SteelersFan's friends called up and asked if we were watching his "Fair Weather Quarterback."

There was a time I woulda swapped him for our QB plus a player to be named later.

It should have been called mudball.

"We" have The Steelers in FF. We got 6 points for the win. Better than just 3.

Funny how I was just yesterday morning looking through NFL Reference at some of the weird scores I remember from the first few years I did a football pool. I found the 7-2 Patriots win over the Bengals in 1992. The 8-5 game between the Rams and Falcons in 1994.

And I also found, among the many low scoring affairs from the 1993 "Year of the Kicker", this game, which I believe was the last time there was a 3-0 game in the NFL....

I almost asked that as one of the questions.

I did ask it in Bored Game X....

The one highlight of this game that our local guys showed this morning was the punt that landed on the ground and stuck there, like a pigskin javalin.

I actually watched the Philly-NE game. It was actually entertaining.

When do pitchers and catchers report?
