My new favorite ice cream flavor is...

... blueberry pomegranate.

I got tired of buying the same old ice cream flavors (chocolate chip cookie dough, cookies and cream, mint chocolate chip, etc.), so yesterday while grocery shopping at the Squiggly, I was intrigued by the Great Value blueberry pomegranate ice cream. I've never tasted a pomegranate before. So I bought a carton of it.

I had a couple of scoops last night before bed. I'm hooked.

I just bought a bottle of blueberry pomegranate 100% juice last night. I haven't tried it yet.
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

It doesn't give the percentages, but it's probably mostly apple. Still, that's better than "high fructose corn syrup."

Haven't you been swayed by the TV ads?

High fructose corn syrup is no worse than regular sugar, in moderation.

My (theoretical) Science PAF makes blueberry-pomegranate wone by combining blueberry wine, which she makes from real blueberries, with pomegranate wine, which she makes from monster jugs of pomegranate juice sold at the Denver Squiggly Warehouse, or whatever they call it. Lovely stuff.

My favorite tea flavor at work is plain! And I'm out!

We get free tea and coffee at work. Of course it is Lipton tea.
