Starting Jan. 20th, the major upscale retailers will be giving away free cosmetics:

I normally avoid the mall, but I guarantee you I will be a Dillard's on Tuesday morning!

DD and I have reviewed the list, made our choices, and will meet at the mall Tuesday. Macy's opens during my plan period.
