Was sitting at my desk Thurdsay when I started feeling my old buddies, pressure and numbness in my left arm...after a bunch of blood thinners and a heart cath, looks like a small clot formed in one of my stents. It is gone (at least from my heart) but I will be getting much more frequent checkups for awhile.

Kids and Mrs. B very upset--only strengthened my resolve to keep losing weight, manage my diet and diabetes, and control those things I can control.

Good to be home.
