After 7 years as Colts head coach Tony Dungy is stepping down, to be replaced by assistant Jim Caldwell.

By my count, we're up to nine NFL coaches who started the season who won't be back with the same team next year, and it could go higher if Wade Phillips or someone else gets the boot.

Is this some sort of record?

BTW, the NBA is well on its way to a new record this year as well.
