Well, that is the way the New York Daily News put it.

It seems that the new Yankee Stadium needs another $370 million dollars, in order that such areas as concessions, scoreboard, the real "front office" and the public bathrooms be completed.

Even with this, will not equal the constant-dollar costs of our Olympic Stadium and facilities in Montreal, the stadium so expensive they could not afford to keep a team in it......
