to whom does it get reported?
made me laugh
to whom does it get reported?

It gets reported to the moderators. In this case, it was reported for being off topic. I'm forced to agree. Not that I care.peacock2121 wrote:what the heck is that?

And this time, it really is Rexer's fault, even though he claims you told him to do it. So I'm not paying $10. --Bob
When pea asked, I thought she was just referring to the little "!" link at the bottom right corner of each post. Bob's reply makes it sound like her post was actually reported, but that may have been a tongue-in-cheek reply.kusch wrote:What was your post that got reported?
The latter. Rexer reported it as being off topic. --BobMarleysGh0st wrote:When pea asked, I thought she was just referring to the little "!" link at the bottom right corner of each post. Or someone reported her questioning post after she posted the question.

If he starts reporting all the off-topic posts, I'm gonna be pretty lonely around here.peacock2121 wrote:Rexer is so cute.Bob78164 wrote:The latter. It's hard for someone taking so much blame to look distinguished.Rexer25 wrote:I'd rather be distinguished.peacock2121 wrote:Rexer is so cute.Bob78164 wrote:The latter. Rexer reported it as being off topic. --Bob
They would be too busy for gratuitous posting, and praps someone could pass someone in the posting?peacock2121 wrote:We could start keeping the moderators very busy.
and maybe piss some off.
Doubtful. All reporting a post does is add an ! icon to the head of the post. If I actually want to read the report, I have to click on that icon. That'll rapidly become boring -- if people want to say something interesting, they'll put it where everyone can read it.peacock2121 wrote:We could start keeping the moderators very busy.

yeah, I'd rather be tall and have legs from here to there.Rexer25 wrote:I'd rather be distinguished.peacock2121 wrote:Rexer is so cute.Bob78164 wrote:The latter. Rexer reported it as being off topic. --Bob

And as far as I can tell, all I can do about a report (other than simply closing or deleting it) is to "warn" the user. I have no idea, though, what (if anything) warning a user does. Any volunteers to find out? --Bob
You don't?peacock2121 wrote:yeah, I'd rather be tall and have legs from here to there.Rexer25 wrote:I'd rather be distinguished.peacock2121 wrote: Rexer is so cute.

Sorry, gratuitous posting is not a reportable offense. You can report inappropriate content, spam, off-topic posts, and one other category I am too lazy to look up.minimetoo26 wrote:I'm reporting this as gratuitous.Rexer25 wrote:BIF so a certain MM might reply.ulysses5019 wrote:Was there a turtle on that post?
Ooh, ooh. Where's the list? Does mental illness count against anybody?Rexer25 wrote:
