He started with the Rams and became a part of what had been the Fearsome Foursome alongside Deacon Jones, Merlin Olsen, and Lamar Lundy. His best years were with the Bengals where, according to team records, he had 26 sacks in 1976 (sacks weren't an official statistic until 1982).

I thought Rosey Grier was the 4th of this group. Did it change over time?

Yep.
Rosey Grier, Lamar Lundy, Merlin Olsen and Deacon Jones were the original foursome for the Rams from 1963 to 1967. Roger Brown replaced Grier and later Coy Bacon and Diron Talbert were part of the group.

Grier retired after the 1967 season due to injury. The next year he became involved with RFK's presidential campaign and was with Kennedy when he was shot (Grier actually subdued SIrhan SIrhan). In the 1968 season, Roger Brown took Grier's place and when Brown was injured, the rookie Bacon took his place. Lundy retired after the 1968 season.
