On behalf of my "do nothing right" Bills, my apologies for making it tougher on your Horsies yesterday.
At this point, I didn't know whether to root for "playing for pride" or "playing for better draft choice". I started out thinking "lose the last two games, go 6-10 and draft high", but admit to getting excited when the upset started looking possible. Of course, since our stupid CBS affiliate had to show the stupid %$^&@*% Jets, I "watched" the game on the ESPN game tracker, so I didn't get to see any of it.
Oh well, the Broncs still can control their own destiny..just beat the Chargers and they're in.

No apology necessary, BigT. As your coach told the announcers, they can't be thinking about stuff like that -- you have to play your best game.T_Bone0806 wrote:On behalf of my "do nothing right" Bills, my apologies for making it tougher on your Horsies yesterday.

it's almost embarrassing to be in the situation we're in, blowing a three-game division lead. Ugh!
OK, it's not almost embarrassing, it is embarrassing.
Christie better get ready to cheer pretty darn loud -- Sunday is for all the marbles, and it's in San Diego. Not that where we play seems to matter this season . . .

I'll be ready. I don't know if it will be enough to help, but it won't be for a lack of cheering from CT.SportsFan68 wrote:No apology necessary, BigT. I know that next week I'm going to be a huge Bills fan. --BobT_Bone0806 wrote:On behalf of my "do nothing right" Bills, my apologies for making it tougher on your Horsies yesterday.

i am one for finding the bright side in these things
if the broncs lose next week, they will save themselves the embarassment of a beating in the playoffs
