WU currently has our temp posted as 72 degrees. Above zero.
Next towns north and south of us show up as a more seasonal minus-8. Which sounds about right for here as well.
For the record, WU shows Barrow, AK at 5 above. Sheesh.

Even more ridiculous weather here. We had a crapload of snow from Friday till Sat. morning. This was followed by a sleeting rain this morning that covered and melted the snow making the street conditions a miserable slush where every step results in a very satisfying SQUISH sound. But now it's snowing really hard again! This has led to the unlikely result of turning our sidewalk into the world's awesomest (but coldest) Slip N' Slide. I haven't tried it yet but I'm seriously considering if it's worth it....it's very tempting...

Just went back to check on current conditions.
They did correct the temperature glitch - at least the current temp (we are up to a balmy 3 degrees above zero!)
But, looking at the section showing today's statewide extreme high and low temperatures, you will see Mosinee on both boards, with a high of 71 and a low of minus-13. Second-high reading for the state was Milwaukee at 24 above...hell, we should open a resort up here...
And don't ask me why it was 71 as opposed to the 72 I saw earlier in the day. Maybe somebody figured that there was no possible way we were at 72???
