The adventure begins

I'm leaving for Trenton now. Not only do I have a new job but a new place to sleep during the week. I'm getting too old for changes like that. Fifteen years ago that was enjoyable.

Good luck, Bob. It will all be great. I do agree, though, that after a "certain age" the upheaval grows old.

Good luck with the new job, Bob!

About time you added Trenton to the "All the Places I've Lived" list!

Well it would have been better to be in south Florida, but I'm actually in Lawrenceville and have a dozen or more restaurants to choose from and shopping malls all over.

Lawrenceville! One of the nicest (and most expensive) suburbs in Mercer County!

And, yeah, the malls. I remember, as a kid, that vast stretches of Rt. 1 was open space in that area. Now it's a continuous line of malls, hotels and condo developments.

How's it going so far?

So far so good! I just got back from Philadelphia. I played Quizo with some old teammates from 7.5 years ago. We came in in the middle. :(

Oh, did you mean work? :) Things are going very slowly due to people being out of the office. Not my problem though. I'm doing all I can despite the speed bumps. The other two consultants are typical computer geeks. We've had lunch together each day. We need to work as a team so that's good.

I'm looking forward to the weekend. I need to catch up on my TiVo, Netflix and sleep.

Onward!
