My Fame Is about To Grow...

You may have seen a few of my fellow musicians this past week tell you about the triumphant return of the Winter Lyrically Speaking this January, hosted by my love Fanny's second favorite stud on earth, LB. You know there will be a lot of the music I penned after nights of heavy drinking since, after all, I wrote about half the songs that ever became Top 40 hits...
But I have heard rumors that I will factor into the game in more ways than just my beautiful songs that other people had to make famous for me. Something about "JJ Cale Points". I have no idea what they are, but I like anything that has my name on it! I had a publicist one time who told me that any publicity is good publicity.... this was before she was hired by Michael Jackson. I can't wait to bask in the glory of getting a new generation of groupies, hopefully this time they'll still be on the younger side of 60.... whoa! Hey, who is that hot babe over there with the miniskirt, tights and boots? Hey honey! *Whistle!* Wanna help me tune my Fender?
