Sprots...Polar Express story

#1 Post by Tocqueville3 » Sat Dec 13, 2008 11:49 am

Meant to tell you this last night but Olivia woke up and distracted me. The nerve of her interrupting my chat time!

Anywho, Samantha had a Polar Express day at school yesterday. All the kindergarteners got to wear their pj's to school and drink hot chocolate and watch Polar Express. After the movie, they made conductor hats and marched around the classroom ringing bells and getting their tickets punched. A wonderful time was had by all. All they were missing was the snow.

Samantha still has not taken off her conductor hat. She wore it to bed last night and would not let me wash her hair last night either. Tonight will be different, tho. Her hair needs a good scrubbing and the hat is starting to tear.

What a way cool story! Thanks!

They sell conductor hats in kid sizes, so if we hustle, I have a contact at the D&SNG depot who can get one on the way to you in plenty of time for you to gift wrap it for Christmas -- washable and guaranteed not to tear after two days. PM me your address if you're interested and if you're willing to pay $7 for a regular hat, $14 for a Polar Express edition plus tax and postage.
