Doug Marrone, currently the offensive coordinator of the New Orleans Saints (and a former assistant at Georgia Tech), and a former captain of the Syracuse team.

One thing about the Saints; they do know how to score.

I thought that it was interesting that two of the leading candidates, Marrone and Gill, played against each other in 1983.

I guess that this was Marrone's revenge. LOL
