Tea With Mussolini

I am about halfway into this, with two observations:

nobody does disapproving like Maggie Smith

Cher can actually sing when she is not performing (she does two simple lines of a classic in her lower register, and it's gorgeous)
If you fail to pilot your own ship, don't be surprised at what inappropriate port you find yourself docked. - Tom Robbins

Cher is a good actress, and a better actress than singer.

I enjoyed Tea With Mussolini.
