Me and lb

Nobody read until after they have answered yesterday's LS!!!!!!11
I just finished reading the other answers to yesterday's LS. Are we the only ones who ever remember previous games?
I wasn't sure if it was an LS or a GC game, but I remembered the Rocket Man/Magic Man thing and immediately started looking for Fast Car, as that's another fave to use on this type of thing. (I didn't actually know the Tracy Chapman song at first, I just went by process of elimination and that's the only other song I know by her, so I forced the lyrics to fit the song. Ha!)

I only got the theme because I was kinda looking for it (And well, it helped that I actually knew 12 of the songs!). But I knew it from the last of my Match Game Monday games back in February because it worked off the same general principle (Song A + Song B = Song done by Artist C). I didn't use Magic Man in that game, so you must be thinking of someone else's game, but I seem to recall you solved my game by hitting Never + Surrender = Corey Hart....
I didn't figure I'd be the only one with the theme at the end of the day, but I'm surprised at some who have already answered and missed it....

Okay, Magic Man must have been a GC game like I'd originally thought. But I knew you had this concept in your last LS and I specifically remember the Corey Hart thing now. I got it because I had originally put down Never Surrender instead of Sunglasses at Night. Ha!
Fast Car might have been in one of mine (you know, where you steal all your ideas.......).

Yeah, Marley, we keep a strict Ontopicosity Only rule in chat. So, if you want nothing but game show buzz, that's where you'll find it.
Even though I generally limit chat to once or twice a month, I might even check in tonight to see how you're making out in there.

I have always found it odd that LS is my favorite game to host, yet I honestly don't think I've ever come up with an original idea the entire time I've hosted. Heck, I didn't even realize until Fanny posted her old games how much I'd borrowed from her.....
At least I didn't steal as much from her as I did from Vandal....
