"All places on earth" includes her town. All she had to do was remember when it was dark for about 12 hours. I know that, for Omaha, June clearly would be wrong because sunset is late and sunrise is early.

While it's never surprising that a contestant doesn't know the answer to a particular question, I'm a bit surprised the audience would be so far off on this one, which seems to be easy on a common sense basis.

Add that to their being badly off on Annie's ATA question and it's a pretty bad day for the audience all around.

Curses! Dursted again!

Since September 21 was not an option, it had to be the other equinox, March 21.

At a 4th of July cookout at the home of some friends, we saw this movie. I thought it was pretty funny.

Dursted by the audience! What a shame. I guess the audience was thinking that since June is in the middle of the year, it would be the month where the day would be evenly split. It's not, of course - they were looking for the equinox, not the solstice.

Well, gosh! I never thought my old MM Vern Equinox was useful, but here I see I was wrong!

I guess solstice confused people, but the whole equinox and equal sounding alike didn't register...

Ouch! I wonder how much time she gave the audience to think about this question before she used this ATA? That's a pretty awful dursting...

And how about the 18% of the audience that voted for choices that didn't match a solstice or an equinox? Just totally random guessers, there?

Something about calendar questions seems to inspire collective unconsciousness in a BAM audience. A few years back a majority of the audience thought Thanksgiving was the 3rd Thursday in November.
