Shopping help

#1 Post by tlynn78 » Fri Nov 21, 2008 12:09 pm

I was thinking of buying my niece one of thoe 'child-tough' dvd players for Christmas. I priced one - Fisher-Price, I think, at LBMart. It was $150. If anyone sees a better deal in their Black Thursday ads, can I get a heads-up? thankyewverramuch

I will keep an eye out...but here is a good site that has a lot of the ads, all in one place and earlier than they're published. Keep an ey here, maybe you'll find it! :)

I don't know how old your niece, but we bought Emma one of these DVD Players and they are virtually indestructible.

One of those Black Friday ads, linked above, included something that seems similar for $35. (I think it was Target, but I'm not certain. The sale item may have had Barbie's name on it or some specific Disney character.)

Also, whoever it was that mentioned she wanted a Dyson vacuum but didn't want to pay the full price, should note that Target's Black Friday ad specifically mentions the pink Dyson 07 (the model I have and love, although mine isn't pink) for $349 -- and that price includes a $100 gift card!

OOOOHHHH that's a good deal. I love, love, love my Dyson. I got it when LNT first started carrying them and they didn't yet exclude them on their coupons, so I got it for $320. They very rarely go on sale so that rocks!!
