WWTBAM 11/20/08 - Adios, Alan

Mr. Thicke was still on today's show and he did not embarrass himself. At the end, Meredith announced that KJ would be the Expert on Friday. I wonder what circumstances caused Thicke to hang in for four episodes, then bail out for the fifth one.

The question that was allegedly about Willie Nelson actually had very little to do with him. Of all the versions of that song I've heard, Willie's version is not one of them. My 45 vinyl copy is by Lonzo and Oscar, who had the original hit. But Willie has probably recorded at least a thousand different songs, so he could be the the nominal subject of a lot of questions.
