I remember that story from many years ago. The information was set to music...
Hitler, had only one left ball
Goring had two, but they were small
Himmler, had something similar
and Goebbels had no balls at all

This is in the one quarter province.
(There is a fair degree of overlap but, hey, I'm no mathlete so I'm ballparking the exact numbers.)
