It's time for aj's semi-annual "Predict how many humans I will interact with today" game.

The federal courthouse is closed to the public. I'm in the 6th floor law library.

Predict how many people will enter the library or call on the phone before I leave at 5 pm.

43 minutes in so far and nada.

It it TPIR rules or closest only?

I will guess 119, because this could be the day that the Incomparable Leland Stanford Junior University Marching Band comes to Texas in search of a football team worth marching for, and their buses might get lost because none of the drivers speak English, so they end up in downtown Houston, where nearly everything is closed because of Veteran's Day, but they find an unlocked door on the Federal Building and go inside to search for vending machines, because they are hungry and everybody knows the Federal Justice System is fueled by Cheetos.

Get someone to call Bix, and have her lawyer friends and some of her hubby's lawyer friends go to the fed. law library for drop dead type important information only available there.

My sources say the marching band currently is touring the Galleria. The trumpet section wants to ice skate. There's still time for them to get to your building.
