I advise everyone to go to their local polling place and have an apathy party! Pull up a lawn chair, a 12 pack of beer, get a grill if it's warm enough, and enjoy life while the more patriotic than thou stand in line for a few hours and watch you in jealousy....

Rights, in my opinion, are not contingent on behavior. People either have them or they don't. Privileges are contingent on behavior. You can say that you will disregard any complaining from people who don't vote or even that people who don't vote should not complain but I will defend the right of people to complain whether they voted or not.
