OK so my first trip west of Chicago is, well....nothing.

To my untrained eye, there's really nothing here....

I'm with my friends though (yes I have other friends) so I'm having a great time anyway.
But hotel wireless internet is really expensive so I'm writing from a quaint little coffee shop.
