No, they weren't in costumes but the models were in sparkly red, white and blue dresses and Howie mentioned that the election was right around the corner. The contestant was a woman named Tomorrow Rodriguez. And just as at the beginning of the season the opener of the show gave away the outcome.

Tomorrow had 9 million-dollar cases and managed to get down to where, with four cases left she had three $1M cases and one case with $300. The banker's offer was $667,000, which she turned down. The next case she chose had the $300, so she was guaranteed to have $1M in her case.
