I met wife for the first time on Oct. 24, 1998. We had arranged a blind lunch date at a local Cracker Barrel after chatting a bit on a matchmaking Internet site. We have gone back to that Cracker Barrel every year on this date (pretty much the only time we ever eat there), and we will be going there tonight as well. In many ways that meeting seems like yesterday, but I have trouble remembering what my day-to-day life was like without her and the kids...
