Jeff and I just saw the movie.

There is a shout out to Shit Sandwich in the movie.

I really had no plans of seeing this as they were clearly marketing it as "Juno Part 2," but what did you think?

I really liked the movie. Jeff and I probably weren't the target demographic, but the love story was very sweet.

A band is thinking of names for their group. Shit Sandwich is one of the options.

The band was called "Jerk Offs", but they discussed other options.

Another potential band-name that they all seemed to agree upon was: "A Fistful of Assholes"

One thing that struck me as interesting about the movie was that this is practically the only movie I can recall which makes a point of letting the audience know that one of the major characters (Norah) is Jewish, but then doesn't turn it into a plot point (there's nothing about whether she should be dating a non-Jewish boy or whether parents would approve of what she was doing or making jokes about her ethnicity). On the other hand, other characters in the film are gay and that is a major plot point.
