The place that's opposite from heaven.

They are a mid-level player in the industry. They have several products on the market already. They deal with the FDA themselves. They did not involve the Quality department in this project and product until the very end. Their head of QA has hired someone else to deal with the project, because she is so pissed off at the project manager. If I didn't know better, I would think they were a startup run by a group of regulation-clueless PhDs.

I just got handed the latest revision of their manufacturing document to review and approve. We have run the process four times. The revision is number twenty. I do not believe we will make a profit from this company's work unless we start charging them at least an order of magnitude more than we do at present.
