House (spoilers)

Nothing to say about the Mystery Disease of the Week, but there was one great moment last night.
The film crew was following them all through the episode, while House continued to be his usual rude, obnoxious, misanthropic self. Then he sees how they edit the film, taking all his quotes out of context to make him appear as this compassionate, concerned humanitarian. And House is outraged!

Yeah, that was hilarious! Personally, my favorite moment of last night's episode was...
Cuddy complaining about House questioning her wardrobe and staring at her ass, which prompted House to ask if it was better if he stared at her wardrobe and questioned her ass.
Spoiler, just ignore, I haven't got time to look up blanking

Well, I have something to say about Mystery Disease, & its the rare time I can actually catch Team House in a big booboo:
Spoiler space (the old way!)
Lyme disease is often accompanied by that rash, but the rash eventually goes away. The real test is for the bacteria injected by the tick. Which House's team of writers would have usually told you; what gives this week?
The sloppy test is the one where some bored medical person looks at the tick & says "not the Lyme disease tick" or "is the Lyme disease tick"; you can get denied needed treatment, or subjected to un-needed treatment by that sloppy-test way.
Even if you've been bitten by the "right tick", doesn't mean you have the "right" bacteria injected. But in the presence of "right tick", they certainly should test for the bacteria. And in the absence of "right tick", but presence of symptoms, they should be testing even if you don't have the characteristic bullseye rash.

That's really funny.
