Great weekend, although a little on the chilly side. Saturday elwing and I went to a fabric fair in Corydon, IN - they had everything there from the animals (including sheep, goats and alpacas) to spinning wheels and the finished product (yarn). I mostly browsed while elwing went around looking for specific qualities and colors of yarn. She came home with quite a bundle, which she immediately began turning into sweaters.
On Sunday after church a group of friends went to lunch, as is our wont. For a change we decided to venture across the river to a restaurant on the Indiana side of the Ohio River. As we were finishing our meal a familiar face (or two, actually), came up to say hello. It was none other than rob_wilson and ms_cheesecake and their children. They were on their way out and stopped by. I told Rob and Debbie that the Bored had moved (I wasn't sure if they knew) and that they would be welcome. Rob said that his job (a one-man IT department) kept him busy, and helping the children with homework in the evenings took up time also. Rob's and Debbie's son started high school this year and their daugher is in middle school.
