Bored Icon Question
Does anyone know what the (new?) black dot appearing at 10-11 o'clock on some of the topic icons represents? I don't recall seeing it prior to the upgrade and it is not listed in the legend at the bottom of the forum page.

If you see a black dot, that means you have posted within that thread.Estonut wrote:Does anyone know what the (new?) black dot appearing at 10-11 o'clock on some of the topic icons represents? I think your answer is right, but on my Classic Default template, it's a red star and it's at around the 1:30 position. It's a nice feature, but it might be more intuitive if we all saw the same symbols.silvercamaro wrote:If you see a black dot, that means you have posted within that thread.Estonut wrote:Does anyone know what the (new?) black dot appearing at 10-11 o'clock on some of the topic icons represents? How cool!
My question about Bored Icons was answered by two of them!
I thought that might be it, but then discounted my theory because I saw it on a thread that I had forgotten posting in.
Thanks!

If you use the Hello Kitty theme (and who wouldn't?), her flower hair bow appears on the HK silhouette.Estonut wrote:Does anyone know what the (new?) black dot appearing at 10-11 o'clock on some of the topic icons represents? It is good that you are remembering to keep Confessor in the loop about such things.WheresFanny wrote:If you use the Hello Kitty theme (and who wouldn't?), her flower hair bow appears on the HK silhouette.Estonut wrote:Does anyone know what the (new?) black dot appearing at 10-11 o'clock on some of the topic icons represents? I wonder if he read my post where I mention that HK waves when there's a new message in the announcement threads?
Does HK only wave on announcement threads that I'm following, and/or those announcement threads in which I've posted a message?

I don't follow any announcement threads and I get the applauding HK just because there's a new post. Maybe she waves if you follow it? She waves goodbye on the logout icon.cindy.wellman wrote:It is good that you are remembering to keep Confessor in the loop about such things.WheresFanny wrote:If you use the Hello Kitty theme (and who wouldn't?), her flower hair bow appears on the HK silhouette.
