QOD Monday-week 2

#1 Post by ulysses5019 » Mon Oct 13, 2008 2:00 am

The topic tree for this week:

Monday-Potpourri
Tuesday-Sports
Wednesday-Science
Thursday-Literature
Friday-Man of the Year-bonus

The point value is 1-3-5-7 for Monday-Thursday. The Friday bonus scoring will be explained then.

When I post the question, answer it and assign a point value. Use each point value only once. If you do not assign a point value, I will assign the lowest value that you have available to your answer.

Here is Monday's potpourri question:

What icon did Harvey Ross Ball invent in 1963 for the State Mutual Life Assurance Company of Worcester, Massachusetts?

Remember to use your spoilers responsibly.
I believe in the usefulness of useless information.

I think it's probably the yellow smiley face symbol, but I'm not sure, so I'll bet only 5 points. :(

Looks like if you time it right, you can just wait for Uly to change his avatar before answering the previous day's question.
