Help Translating a Shirt?

This is a smart and friendly group, so perhaps someone can help here?

One of my students wore a shirt with:
Alguien
Que me quiere
mucho
Me trajo esta
Camiseta
de la Republica
de Nicaragua

Would someone be so kind as to translate this please into English?
