And yet a few hours ago, you congratulated the Texas fans, who contributed as much to the result as you did. That seemed equally misdirected. Perhaps the heartiest congratulations should go to those who found more productive ways to spend the day than to watch football. I am not among that group.

Well, I guess I could be more productive than watching Penn State play football tonight. But I could have sworn that when left Penn State, they made me take some pledge about always rooting for the team and talking trash about Pitt.

I've been waiting for four hours for AT&T to show up. That's not productive. I really wanted to go see a movie today.

I got a flu shot and they hit a nerve and I couldn't use my right arm for an hour. It was inconvenient because I was at the Placentia Hertiage Festival with Zap and needed that arm for leash handling.

I did root for Penn State 2nite. SteelersFan and I went to dinner at a local dive with televisions, and sumguy got hold of the barkeeper's clicker and changed the channel! So SteelersFan went over and asked him to change it back. Which he did, pronto!

We think the guy was looking for House.
