Did you know?

#1 Post by PlacentiaSoccerMom » Fri Oct 10, 2008 9:44 pm

Did you know that Facebook has a subsidiary place called Dogbook? One of my friends invited Zap to join today.

I think that AnnieCamaro needs her own Dogbook page.

I'm afraid she'll start chatting with stranger danger dogs who live in junk yards and lick the last drops out of discarded beer bottles.

And what's wrong with that? I do it all the time.

I do NOT live in a junk yard. It's just a little cluttered.

Oh dear, herjosie just read this. Now she's sitting beside me, staring at me with those big, black, shoe-button, puppy eyes . . .

I just read this. I am so horrified to discover that my own mom doesn't trust me to make nice friends on the internet. Besides, some junk yard dogs are like artists and poets and stuff.

If I get my own page, I hope all the four-footers here will be my friends.

Some of my best friends are on Dogbook, looking to lure naive dogs under their trees for acorn showers.....
Squirrels are the architects of forests, the planters of trees, nature's own acrobats and show a zest for life that can inspire us. Every day should be National Squirrel Appreciation Day!

Many of these (squirrel) migrations were probably caused by food shortages as well as habitat overcrowding. We solved that for them. We not only reduced their habitat, we reduced the whole species by about 90%. The least we can do now is share a little birdseed with them.
