Other than Giant Gambian Rat, I doubt anyone's moving into my neighborhood....

He'll be out of luck. Our city, which has been trying to spiff up its image for most of the decade, has outlawed trailers within the city limits. He'll have to move out to the outskirts, assuming there even is an outskirts anymore with how much land mine and all the neighboring cities have been scarfing up from the unincorporated areas lately....
