solution to high gas prices

I have a brilliant solution.
It is sorta "complicated" for "some" of yins
so save this post so you can read it over the next few days.
The idea came to me, as most Great Ideas do, in the frozen food section.
I needed ice cream.Ice cream with extra goo and fudge and brownies and more goo.I found some gooey Breyers-on sale!!!!
Anywho, whilst checking out, I noticed the carton was very much unlike Ohio.It was Not high in the middle. It was tapered. And it only held 1.5 quarts of goo.
So....
if tptb made a gallon of gas,say 92 ounces, I intuit the price would plummet.
