Question about attire for concerts...

#1 Post by otherindigo » Tue Oct 07, 2008 8:33 pm

So ladies, what in the world should I wear to Buble's concert Sat? And certainly, what should I wear when meeting NKOTB next weekend? For some reason I'm overanalyzing every piece of clothing in my closet.

Should I go buy some "special" outfits for the occasions?

I have no idea, since I'm sorta out of your demographic, but...always have a good manicure/pedicure. Something perky or funky. And jewelry! Lots of cool, weird artsy stuff out there right now.
Well, then

You have black dress slacks or a skirt and a charmeuse top something like this one?
Nice bright color and shoes and accessories to match?

Are you kidding?? The purchase of new clothing is a must.

You would look great in a wrap dress. Maybe with a kitten heel and some hoop earrings. Let Michael know where it's at.

NKOTB might mean a funky blouse and trouser jeans.

I loves me the trouser jean. I'm like 2 feet tall and they make me look not so short. I like to wear them with my black patent platform peeptoes.

Oh yeah, paint your nails either fire engine red or deep purple. I also loves me the vampy nail.

Both concerts sound divine. Especially Buble. He's such a fox.

I loved kay's blouse selection.

I would go with layers, as you never know how hot or cold the venue will be.

Match your eye shadow to your top.

I just want to pack you all up and bring you with me. We'd have a day of mani/pedi, major shopping, and make-up demos.

Here is the only piece of concert attire advice I know:

"You're wearing the shirt of the band you're going to see? Don't be that guy."
No matter where you go, there you are.

As little as possible.
