Think the Lounge will need food tomorrow?

I mean with all the debate recap talk.
I'm just sayin.

I am thinking the debate could be boring.
If it isn't, you might want to click on, but not read the posts. Then be grateful about all of the poop you didn't step in.

I don't even click....it's safer that way.
I'm up for the food, though.

I think the Moratorium Lounge will need food straight through November 4...and probably for some time after that.

I'm not stepping in poop tonight, debate-wise, so I would love some sort of appetizer thingie in the lounge. Something spicy?
Oh! I had my pedicure. They had screwed up the charges/credits etc. at the spa place, so I ended up not having to pay the additional $10, yes, $10 they were going to charge me because the prices had changed, even though I still had money left on the certificate. Very confusing.
I have lovely Vodka and Caviar-OPI red toes and will make my fingers match within the next few days.

I am working on the menu for tomorrow right now. I am on a conference call now and there are parts I am not involved with.
How about some Oven baked Buffalo Chicken Strips with Low Fat Blue Cheese Dressing and celery and carrot sticks? I'll bring some low fat ranch too since I really don't like blue cheese dressing.

Can we have soup?
I have been in bed with the flu for two days. Today, I was able to handle chicken rice soup and toast with apple jelly.
A big step up from yesterday when I couldn't handle even that.

Mel, I hope you feel better soon!
Tomorrow's menu is decidedly unhealthy.
dI made a really good smokey chicken tortilla soup this weekend. Can I get you a bowl of that? The slight spicy-ness may help with the sinuses.

Melly, hope you're feeling better. I guess pizza is not a good suggestion...

I watched at a brasserie (regular FT2N aficianados will know exactly the type of establishment it was) with 40 of my closest friends

, and they were bored too.
They started yelling at Brokaw and the debaters about time limits and other things irrelevant to the discussion.
You know, subtle stuff.
Like "SHUT UP!!!"

Steve will be home with the boys all weekend, and I should have been suspicious when he offered to go pick up the stuff I needed for the boy's lunches while I was away. He came home with the warehouse club size:
Bag of Milanos (It holds 4 regular-sized bags.)
Tub of chocolate-covered almonds
Case of Reese's. Yes, case. 72 full-size cups
Box of Madeleine cookies (high-class garbage!)
Bag of Halloween candy (Snickers, M&M's, Twix, etc...)
Box of chocolate chip cookies.
72-oz bag of chocolate chips (I suppose if 24 cookies aren't enough for 4 days, someone will bake more...? As if.)
Two-pack of Breyer's chocolate ice cream
I laughed I said it looked like he planned to keep them in a carb-induced stupor all weekend....

Hastily, how this goes on the Moratorium Lounge thread --
It was ML West. They were eating interesting Brasserie West type food -- Nachos Grande, Cheddar/Salsa Potato Skins, Tortilla Chips with Salsa and Guacamole...
